Frederik Wexel has been Commercial Director at MSC Germany since 2019, leading commercial strategy and customer development across the German market. He is responsible for driving growth and strengthening MSC’s position in key sectors, including a strong focus on the German automotive industry.

Based in Hamburg, he joined MSC in 2009 after gaining initial experience in shipping with Senator Lines. During his almost 17 years with MSC, he has held several key roles, including positions in Hamburg and Vienna, where he served as Managing Director of MSC Austria. With almost 20 years of experience in container shipping and logistics, he brings extensive expertise across European markets and a deep understanding of the industry.

Frederik Wexel studied Business Administration with a focus on Transport & Logistics at the Bremen Institute for Trade and Transport and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration at Avans Hogeschool. He lives in the Hamburg area with his family.
