Jonathan Shepard is senior packaging manager working within supply chain operations at JLR.

He has 25 years of OEM automotive manufacturing experience with Honda and Jaguar Land Rover spanning manufacturing operations, robotic integration, new model introduction, procurement and inbound logistics. During this time, he has spent over 15 years in the packaging sector developing and delivering global end-to-end strategies, ensuring packaging optimisation throughout the supply chain whilst embracing new technology and innovation.

Jonathan describes his personal mission as alway trying to raise awareness of the criticality and importance of intelligent packaging throughout the supply chain by applying a strong, flexible strategy that delivers functional, optimised, efficient, cost effective and sustainable packaging.
