Marcin Mercik has been leading the development of ZF LIFETEC’s global Supply Chain Management function since 2022.

In this role, he is responsible for shaping the end-to-end supply chain strategy and operating model, covering network design, supply chain planning, data analytics, process excellence, digital transformation, and performance management. His responsibilities also include global customs operations and compliance, ensuring robust governance and riskmitigation across all international flows.

As part of ZF LIFETEC Operations, Marcin drives key initiatives focused on optimizing inventory levels, freight and reducing tariff exposure, as well as implementing digitalization strategies that enhance transparency, resilience, and operational efficiency across the supply chain.

He began his career in 1998 at TRW, which later became part of the ZF Group. Throughout his tenure, he has held progressively senior roles in supply chain management and logistics, building deep expertise in global operations and leading large-scale transformational programs supporting business growth and operational excellence.
