Sean Bricknell leads Volvo Cars’ Supply Chain Performance Office, overseeing operational excellence, strategy execution, sustainability, quality, and new vehicle programmes across global supply chain and logistics functions.

He previously headed global inbound logistics and packaging at Volvo, responsible for logistics engineering and operations supporting Volvo Cars’ manufacturing sites in Europe, Asia, and the United States. With more than 25 years of experience in automotive logistics and supply chain, Sean has been instrumental in Volvo Cars’ transformation in digitalisation, sustainability, and electrification since joining the company in 2021.

Before Volvo Cars, he spent 18 years at General Motors, including senior logistics roles across Shanghai and Detroit, followed by leadership positions at BLG Logistics and Schnellecke Logistics in South Africa.
