She went on to lead new model launches across multiple manufacturing plants in France, Turkey, and Russia, and later played a key leadership role at company level during the Covid-19 crisis work that led to her nomination for a World Business Council for Sustainable Development award.
In more recent years, Julie has driven double digit sales growth in Toyota France through improved sales planning and vehicles distribution, before becoming General Manager at TMUK, leading 180 members and overseeing significant operational results.
Alongside her business leadership, she is an active mentor and advocate for women in the automotive industry, having co initiated the Gender Diversity Network and successfully sponsored multiple members into new assignments and promotions, within 6 months of coaching.
