Rossella Nieddu is a strategic procurement leader with nearly a decade of experience across the automotive supply chain and indirect purchasing. She currently leads Indirect Purchasing for vehicle distribution and compound services across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region for Stellantis.

Her professional journey has moved across various functions, including as network designer for supply chain at then-FCA, to purchasing for Stellantis, where she has also led digitalisation initiatives within the carmaker’s Purchasing Centre of Excellence (CoE).

Rossella believes that fostering a motivated team and creating cross-functional synergies are the keys to long-term success.

Holding a degree in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Torino (Polytechnic University of Turin) in Italy, she applies a data-driven and focused mindset to find innovative solutions that help realise the organisation’s purchasing vision.
