Thomas Gensberger
Head of Supply Chain Steering Order-to-Delivery

Since November 2023, Thomas Gensberger has served as Head of Supply Chain Steering Order-to-Delivery for AUDI AG in Ingolstadt, Germany. With more than 15 years experience at Audi and international, he combines deep operational expertise with strategic supply chain leadership.

He is responsible for the customer order process from an end-to-end perspective. This includes planning production programmes for all Volkswagen Group plants producing Audi vehicles, managing customer orders from incoming to vehicle delivery, and ensuring adequate supplies for the vehicle production programmes as well as sustainable vehicle distribution.

He was previously responsible for inbound logistics at the Audi plant in Neckarsulm, Germany as well as pre-series and inbound logistics at Audi in Győr, Hungary.

In an environment defined by highly volatile and externally driven daily business, he advances strategic initiatives to integrate AI into supply chain processes and to strengthen the resilience of both processes and teams working across supply chain functions at all Audi sites.
